" Before BulletBus
I couldn't tell you how long it would take me to get to work - it
was different every day. It could be anywhere between 1 1/4 hours
and 2 hours. Nor could I tell you if I would get a seat (or even
a standing space), whether the bus would be too hot or too cold
or whether we would get a good run along Epping road. My work colleagues
laugh at me now and ask how "the Bullet" went today. I
guess I've turned into a bit of a fan of the BulletBus. Every day
I get a comfortable reclining seat and the reassurance of knowing
that whether the trip takes 40 or 50 minutes, it was the fastest
way home and I haven't had any wasted time that could have been
spent with my family. I didn't think that it was possible to get
to the Ettamogah from the city during peak hour in 37 minutes -
especially on public transport. But that is the time that we clocked
on one trip last week. My wife works night shift in the city but
can't match the travel times that I have experienced - even when
travelling home at 4am by car after a Sunday night. I really hope
that the BulletBus is as big a success as it deserves to be and
that it can provide the express services to more people that have
been neglected by inefficint public transport"

- - - To Whom It May Concern,
This morning, I had my 'first'
experience as a passenger on the Bullet Bus Service. I have to say,
that the Bus Service was 'exceptional'. Overall, I was 'impressed'
with the:
Professionalism of the bus driver;
Comfortable Seating;
Regulated Air-conditioning;
Clean State of the Bus;
Minimal Travelling Time;
Presence of a Unisex Toilet & Over-head compartments.
I'll look forward to catching the Bus Service this afternoon, to
get home at a 'reasonable' hour. Well done to the BulletBus team
and the fleet of coaches & 'competent' drivers.
Kind regards, Ester

"The new service is brilliant.
The fact that it does not stop makes the trip so much quicker. This
service means no more expensive tolls, petrol or stress of peak
hour driving."
