TERMS AND CONDITIONS

As the BulletBus service is growing we feel It necessary to implement some rules and regulations relating to the service.

PERMANENT TICKET

$280 = 40 trips at $7 per trip (to be used within the month of purchase)

1. Payments are made by credit card or direct deposit. Payments are deducted at the beginning of each month.   New passengers will pay from the date first travelled to end of the month,

2. Payments will be deducted for the full amount unless otherwise stated by the passenger prior to the beginning of the month.

3 Refunds will only be given due to unforeseen circumstances, ie no longer working in the city.

4. Credit: We will credit your account for the next month if you have had time off due to illness or other circumstances, (has to be more than five consecutive days absent from service).

5. Extra passengers. If you have a passenger travelling with you, please write the dates they travel on the back of your card and we will deduct the amount from your credit card in the next month. If they are travelling more than 3 days, they should contact the office to make arrangements for payment.

6. Ticket must be handed to the driver to receive your new monthly ticket. Please ensure your name is on the ticket.

7. Lost ticket: If you misplace your ticket, please contact the office so we can inform the driver of your name and issue you with a new ticket.

CASUAL TICKET

$340 = 40 trips $8.50 per trip (no time limit on use)

1. Payments are made by credit card or direct deposit. Payments are deducted when ticket is issued, Once the ticket has been fully used, hand it to the driver and you will be issued with a new ticket, and charged for the new ticket. If you have an extra passenger you can use your ticket for them however if they are going to be regular travellers they will need to purchase their own ticket.

2. Lost Ticket: If you misplace your ticket please contact the office.
